Professional steel fabricator



Main responsibility:

1. Lead a sales team to achieve regional sales targets in highly business commitment and creditability.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities whilst expanding sales and adding values to existing client base.
3. Develop, propose and implement sales and business tactics within the responsible region.
4. Manage the daily regional sales operation well and work closely with internal departments to leverage the full values to support the customers.
5. Select, retain, motivate, discipline, train and develop subordinates to act as a competent and cooperative sales team.
6. Make, follow up, control, forecast department budget so as to keep strict and effective control of expenses while complying with the regulations of the company.
7. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related subjects.

8. At least 8 years sales experiences in mechanical industry, with a minimum of 3 years or above department management experience in MNC.

9. Deep knowledge on hot dipped galvanized steel products will be a plus.
10. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and complex projects.
11. Strong interpersonal communication skills and team leadership ability. Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
12. Have business acumen and excellent commercial skills.
13. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
14. Good command of both oral and written English, Spanish will be a plus .
15. Be willing to travel around frequently.
